Shopfirst Refund,Return,Replacement & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
You have the right to cancel any item before it has been dispatched to avoid any charge and all refunds will be processed automatically please contact as soon as possible. If your item has been dispatched then please refuse delivery and wait until we receive back for you money to be refunded (Postage cost could be deducted from refund amount if payed)
Refund
All refunds are processed through in a timely manner, when your item is returned one of the team will check and once everything looks good we will process the refund in 48 hours from receiving the item/item's back. Please check with your payment provide for timescale they will process your refund back into your bank usually 3-5 working days. If there is a delay or issue please contact us as soon a you find it possible.
Return/Replacement Period
All customers have the legal right to return any item within 14 Days from the day you take receipt of the item as long as the item is in its original packaging, unused and in its original condition if postage has been paid then this will be deducted from the final refund fee unless item is defective. If your require a replacement or exchange please contact us to arrange this
Defective Or Damaged Items:
Any items that arrive damaged or are defective can be returned for free, we require you contact customer service and raise any issues. We require pictures of damage and a full description of the defect before we issue a return label. Each customer has the right to replace any item that is defective or receive a full refund including p&p if applicable . We Require you to contact us within 48 Hours or receiving item to report any such issues. Electrical items will be returned and tested on receiving back if found working then return postage cost will be deducted and original postage cost will also be deducted. If outside UK all items must be returned at cost of buyer defective items customer will be compensated for return postage cost.
Warranty
If your items are bought with a warranty it will state in the description and we will fulfil the full warranty. Warranty does not require wear and tear, accidental or malicious damage. All items are required to be returned before we replace or repair the item. All items electrical items are subject to a 180 day consumer warranty. All warranty's are fulfilled by shopfirst
